You can access Blogger Help by clicking on the gear icon on the top right of your admin area, and then on Blogger help:

- A Get started guide (Getting Started Guide, About Blogger and Blogspot, Create a blog, and so on)
- A How to section (Use Google+ with Blogger, Share your blog, Publish and Archive, etc.)
- Articles designed to help you Fix an issue (Problems signing in to your account, Custom domain issues, Terms of Service and security, Reporting abuse, and the like)
You can also access the Blogger Product Forum and see a list of recently reported problems from the Blogger help home page.
